Originally from central New York, I graduated from Loyola College in Montreal, Quebec. In 1972, I moved to the Washington, DC area, where I completed a 28-year career in federal law enforcement. My wife Peggy and I have three grown children.
I began painting with watercolor nearly 30 years ago and have exhibited my work throughout Northern Virginia. I am fortunate to have my work juried into exhibits and shows in VA and MD. Proudly, my artwork has made its way into private collections across the United States.
I teach watercolor and mixed media classes at the Art Factory, located in historic downtown Manassas, VA, and, I have taught watercolor workshops in northern VA area upon request.
